This page sets out the charges for using Marriage.pk, a brand owned and operated by PUREVIBE TECHNOLOGIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED, along with what is included in those charges, how the service is delivered, and the payment methods we accept. By using Marriage.pk you agree to the pricing and terms described below.
1. Service Charges
Marriage.pk operates on a single, transparent membership fee. There are no hidden charges or monthly subscriptions. Creating your profile and receiving proposals is completely free, with the membership fee applying only when you decide to unlock contact numbers.
  • Membership Fee: PKR 5,000 — payable per profile.
  • Currency: All prices are quoted and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Taxes: The price shown is inclusive of all applicable taxes; no additional charges will be added at checkout.
  • Discounts & Coupons: From time to time we may issue promotional coupons. Where a valid coupon is applied, the discounted total is shown clearly before payment is confirmed.
2. What Is Included
Every Marriage.pk user — whether they have paid the membership fee or not — receives the following at no cost:
  • Profile Creation & Curation: Guided onboarding to build a complete matrimonial profile.
  • Handpicked Rishta Proposals: Our staff review the requirements of your family and carefully select suitable rishta proposals.
  • Continuous WhatsApp Proposals: Suitable rishta proposal cards are delivered directly to your registered WhatsApp number on an ongoing basis. Proposals continue to be shared even if the membership fee has not been paid.
  • Profile Visibility: Your text-only profile is shared with suitable families as a rishta proposal, with contact numbers hidden.
  • Free Rishta Details: You can read the complete details of every rishta for free; only the family contact number requires a membership.
With the membership of PKR 5,000 for 3 months, you get:
  • Family Contact Numbers: You receive the contact number of every family we send you, so you can call or WhatsApp them directly.
  • Priority Customer Support: Faster response on WhatsApp, email and phone.
  • Profile Highlighting: Your profile receives priority when rishta proposals are sent to other families.
3. Service Delivery
Marriage.pk is a fully digital service. There is nothing to ship physically.
  • Activation: Once payment is verified by our team, premium access is activated on your profile within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours (10:00 AM to 9:00 PM PKT, Monday to Saturday).
  • Delivery Channel: All proposals, contact details and notifications are delivered to the WhatsApp number you registered with. No physical delivery is required.
  • Continuous Service: Rishta proposals continue to be sent to you on an ongoing basis as new compatible profiles join the platform — there is no fixed delivery schedule.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation message as soon as your payment is verified and premium access is activated.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:
  • Online Card Payment: Debit and credit cards processed securely through PayPro.
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa
  • Direct Bank Transfer (IBFT): To our designated business accounts.
Payment via JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer requires you to share the transaction screenshot with us on WhatsApp at +92 340 4561111 so our team can verify and activate your premium access.
5. No Recurring Charges
We do not bill recurring subscriptions and we do not store or auto-charge your card.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility, the process for raising a refund request, and the timelines for resolution are described in detail in our Service & Refund Policy. Please review that page before initiating a payment.
7. Updates to Pricing
Marriage.pk reserves the right to revise the membership fee or introduce new paid features at any time. Any change applies only to new registrations made after the change takes effect — users who have already paid will not be charged the difference. Updated pricing will always be reflected on this page.
