This Service & Refund Policy outlines the services provided by Marriage.pk, a brand owned and operated by PUREVIBE TECHNOLOGIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED and specifies the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered.

1. Services Provided
Marriage.pk offers personalized family rishta and proposal suggestion services, including:
- Profile Analysis and Selection: Our staff review the requirements of your family and carefully select suitable rishta proposals.
- Proposal Suggestions: We provide curated lists of suitable rishta proposals, including detailed profiles.
- WhatsApp Communication: All proposals, updates, and service communications are delivered primarily via WhatsApp for your convenience.
Our objective is to deliver the most relevant and compatible proposals based on the expectations and information you submit.
2. Payment Terms
Registering, creating a profile, and receiving rishta proposals on WhatsApp are completely free. Family contact numbers are shared only after the membership fee is paid. The membership fee is PKR 5,000 for 3 months.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for our services. This is because:
- Proposals Provided Prior to Payment: You will receive a list of highly relevant rishta proposals along with details (excluding contact info) as part of our service. This allows you to evaluate whether the service meets your expectations before making payment.
- Review Profiles Before Paying: You see the complete details of every rishta on WhatsApp before making any payment. This lets you check our proposal quality and decide if our service is right for you before paying anything.
Given that all details about the proposals are made available to you before the payment (except the contact details), we believe the decision to proceed is made with full knowledge of the service.
4. Service Guarantee
We continue to send relevant rishta proposals based on your profile and the requirements of your family, but we do not guarantee any number of proposals, any date, or any rishta. While we aim to provide the best proposals, we cannot guarantee that a marriage or long-term relationship will be formed as a result of using our service. Our role is to assist by providing relevant proposals and not to guarantee any specific outcome.
5. Service Limitations
While we strive for accuracy and relevance in our family rishta services:
- We rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by users and other families.
- We cannot verify every detail shared by users on their profiles.
- Users are encouraged to conduct independent verification and due diligence before proceeding with any relationship decisions.
Marriage.pk is not responsible for the outcome of any interactions or relationships formed through our services.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of any disputes related to our services, we encourage users to contact us directly through the provided communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp or contact page) for prompt resolution.
In the event that a resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be subject to the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
