- Not impersonate any person, submit false information, or misrepresent yourself.
- Not engage in any activity that could harm the integrity of the service or mislead other users (e.g., providing false or misleading information, spamming).
- Respect the privacy and consent of other users at all times.
- Not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Any misuse of the service may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, design elements, logos, software, and intellectual property rights associated with Marriage.pk are owned solely by PUREVIBE TECHNOLOGIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the service or website without our prior written consent.

Your access to the service does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
5. Termination & Suspension
- You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the services will cease immediately.

Marriage.pk is not responsible for the outcome of any interactions, communications, or relationships formed through its platform.
All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
- The success of any relationship, marriage, or engagement resulting from its services.

- That interactions between users will be safe, satisfactory, or without risk.
- Any damages or loss arising from the use of the service.
7. Payments and Refunds

By using Marriage.pk and making any payments, you agree to those terms.
- Fees are non-refundable once the core services have been delivered.
- No refunds are provided after contact details are shared with users.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Users are encouraged to contact us first to attempt informal resolution through our support channels.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
